Use this window to view and modify case task details. A case task is an activity that has to be performed to complete the case. A case could have one or more case tasks. A number of operations can be performed using the right mouse button options. You can view details of the case which the case ask is attached to, enter contact notes, send e-mail messages to contacts, create and view global solutions and create and view handover references. Also, it is possible to dispatch, accept, reject, complete, close, cancel and reopen the case task. These operations automatically set the case task status.
