Complete Case Task
Explanation
This activity is used to complete a case task. The case task resolution should be
entered when the solution for a problem has been found. When
the work on the case task is completed, the status is
set to Completed.
Prerequisites
- The resolution for the case task must have been entered.
- The work on the case task must have been completed.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the case task will be completed. When
the AUTO_COM_TASK_CASE system parameter is set to True, the case
is set to Completed automatically when all the case tasks on the case are
completed or closed.

Procedure
- Open the Case Task window.
- Select the relevant case, right-click and then click
Complete Task. The Complete Task dialog box opens.
- Select a value for the Completion Code
field.
- Optionally, click List to select a
value for the Work Folder field.
- Optionally, enter a value in the Contacts Note
Message field.
- Click OK.
