Usage

Use this tab window to display, enter, and modify information for a lease contract and lease accounting related information.

Upon saving the information on General tab, the information can be entered in the Terms and Conditions, Interest Rates and Other Payments sub tabs.

After entering the required information, amortization schedule can be created by using the right mouse button option Create Amortization Schedule on this tab.

You can change the status of the contract to Active if all the required information is ready for lease accounting by using the right mouse button option Status on this tab.

Further, you can do modifications for the lease contracts and then create new amortization schedules by using right mouse button option Modify Amortization Schedule on this tab.
