Usage

Use this window to manage if and how personal data will be anonymized or deleted. It is also possible to define for what purpose personal data can be stored and processed.

The window contains a complete list of all personal data stored in the system. If you use property codes to store personal data, those have to be added to the list manually (via an RMB).

Following right-click actions are available:

• Data Processing Purpose... - opens a dialog window which links together: data subject, selected data processing purpose and subject's personal data.
• Customize Anonymization - opens a window where you can specify a fixed value that will replace the original value during anonymization.
• Add Personal Data... - opens a dialog window where you can add property codes used to store personal data.
