Configure Anonymization Method

Explanation

This activity is used to select a method according to which personal data will be anonymized/removed.

Prerequisites

If you are using property codes to store personal data, those have to be defined as a Personal Data Categories first.
In order to perform this activity, cleanup methods have to be defined in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, personal data included in the cleanup process will be anonymized/removed according to the selected cleanup method

Procedure

1. Open the Personal Data Management window and find personal data type that you want to anonymize.
2. In the Method ID field, select the method according to which anonymizarion will be performed.
3. Save your changes.
