Explanation

This activity is used to select personal data category included in the cleanup process will be removed or anonymized.

Prerequisites

In case of system defined personal data, there are no prerequisites.
If you are using property codes to store personal data, those have to be defined as a Personal Data Categories first.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, personal data included in the cleanup process will be anonymized or removed.

Procedure

1. Open the Personal Data Management window and find personal data type that you want to anonymize.
2. In the Data Cleanup Method field, select if data will be removed or anonymized.
3. Save your changes.
