Usage

Use this page to view details of the case. You can modify the case details and perform case operations such as status changes, connect business objects, create new tasks and global solutions from this page. Also, It is possible to have communication with the relevant parties and you can see the case operations in a timeline.

Using the Tasks tab, you can view the list of tasks for the case. It is possible to see details of the case tasks and also to create, delete and edit case tasks from this tab.

Using the Business Objects tab, you can view information on business objects that are connected to the case. It is possible to disconnect business objects from the case.
