Complete Case
Explanation
This activity is used to complete the case. When the AUTO_COM_TASK_CASE system parameter is set to
True, the case is set to Completed automatically when all the case tasks on the case are closed.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, case will be set to Completed.

Procedure
- Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
- Select a case from My Cases pending completion and click on
Details. It opens the
Case page.
- To complete the case, click on Complete.
- The Complete Case dialog box opens.
- In the Work Folder field, enter the suitable work folder for the case. Click dropdown to select a suitable value.
- In the Message field, enter comments for the case.
- Click OK.
