Explanation
This activity is used to close the case.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, case will be set to Closed.

Procedure
- Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
- Open My Cases Pending Completion lobby element, select a
case and click on Details. It opens the
Case page.
- To close the case, click on Close.
- The Close Case dialog box opens.
- In the Message field, enter comments for the case.
- Click OK.
