Close Case

Explanation

This activity is used to close the case.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, case will be set to Closed.

Procedure

  1. Open the Aurena > Call Center Lobby Page.
  2. Open My Cases Pending Completion lobby element, select a case and click on Details. It opens the Case page.
  3. To close the case, click on Close.
  4. The Close Case dialog box opens.
  5. In the Message field, enter comments for the case.
  6. Click OK.
