Usage

Use this window to enter a new, or modify an existing case. When you enter details about a new case in this window, you should define specific attributes relating to the case. These attributes will determine how the case will be handled. The window consists of several tabs containing editable information related to a specific case. 


For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: Description, Tasks, Business Objects, Case Overview, Contacts, Journal, Support Info, Customer Info.
