Send Resolution to Caller

Explanation

This activity is used to send a resolution to the caller.

Prerequisites

The case to which you are assigned as an owner must have been retrieved to the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the resolution will be sent to the caller.

Send E-Mail Message

Procedure

  1. Open the Case window.
  2. Select a suitable case, right-click and then click Send E-mail message. The Send Email message dialog box opens.
  3. In the From field, enter the name of the person from whom the e-mail will be sent out.
  4. In the To field, enter the name of the person to whom the e-mail will be sent out.
  5. In the Subject field, enter the subject or title of the e-mail.
  6. Click Send
