Use this tab to enter case tasks for the
current case. Case tasks are effectively sub cases,
and represent activities to be performed during the life cycle of a case. A case task
can be performed by the person who created it, or more usually dispatched to a
queue or named an assignee for their personal attention. All
actions undertaken during the processing of a case task, such as sending e-mails or
telephoning the customer, are recorded by attaching
them to the case task that they relate to.
