Usage

This bar chart displays the information about material availability for material lines for the selected shop orders according to the date that the material is required or the latest order date. The number on each section of each bar indicates the number of shop order material lines represented.

Configuration:

• The information can be viewed per week or day. Click on the calendar on the topmost right hand corner to alternate between viewing the data per week and per day.
• Right-click, point to X-Axis and click Date Required or Latest Order Date to select the data represented by the x-axis.
• It is possible to hide one or several of the availability types by clicking on the category.
• Right-click on a section of a bar, point to Group By and select the category by which you want to group the information

Actions:

• For detailed information about the part number, description, unit of measure, required quantity, pegged quantity, shortage quantity and latest order date, point to the section of the bar and view the tool tip.
