Create Snapshot

Explanation

This activity is used to print or save a snapshot of a chart. The size, colors and other specifications can be entered in this dialog box.

Procedure

  1. Open a visualizer-enabled overview window.
  2. If the Data View is displayed, click Visualization View on the title bar.
  3. Query for the records.
  4. Right-click on the chart that you require a snapshot of and then click Snapshot.
  5. The Snapshot dialog box is opened.
  6. Enter values in the Width and Height fields.
  7. Optionally, clear the Lock Aspect Ratio check box.
  8. If printing, optionally, select the Fit to Page check box.
  9. Select background, chart area, text and axis colors as required.
  10. Optionally, modify the title.
  11. If printing, optionally, modify notes.
  12. Click Print or Save as required.
