Define/Modify Customer Information
Explanation
Use this activity to view or modify the customer information on a work task
such as:
- Contact information, i.e. the contacts name and phone number.
- Order/Invoice information - such as customer number, service contract and
service line number, Order type, and currency.
- After sales information - enter the customer order reference to view
related information.
Prerequisites
- A work task must exist.
- Customer should be connected to the work task.
- Service contract and service line for the customer and object should be
created in IFS/Service Contract, Service Contract.

- Query the appropriate work task. (F3).
- Select the
Customer tab.
