Usage

Use this tab to view the competencies required by an employee according to the job assignment and to identify the available training courses which are relevant to each required competency.

You can register employee to training courses directly using this tab. Also, you can update the employee's personal files when each competency level is acquired by passing the training courses.

Note: You can only update the employee competency level if the employee has already attended and passed all mandatory courses for the specified competency group and competency element.
