Close SLA Order

Explanation

This activity is used to close the SLA order connected to the work order or a work task.

Prerequisites

A work order must exist in the Started status and all work tasks connected to the work order are in WorkDone status of higher.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the SLA order will be closed.

Procedure

Closing a SLA order connected to a work order.

1. Query for a work order in Prepare Work Order or Report In Work Order window (F3).
2. Change the status of the work order to WorkDone.

Closing a SLA order connected to a work task only

1. Query for a work task in Work Task, Work Tasks window or Prepare Work Order/Work Tasks tab.
2. Change the work task status to WorkDone.
