Support Issue
Usage
Use this window to create, view, or update support issues. This window
contains five sections:
- Contact Reference: Contains information about the issue and contact.
- Business Reference: Contains information about a possible business connection and
IDs.
- Issue Assignment: Contains information about the assignment and
categories.
- Issue History: Contains information about changes that have been made and messages that have been exchanged.
- Item Message: Enables you to enter a new message.
