Support Solution
The Support Solution window enable you to a create a solution from an existing
issue or to enter a solution manually.
Use the
Support Issue window to initiate from an existing issues or
the Support Solution window to enter manually or to edit existing information.
A typical solution flow is as follows:
- A solution is on hand.
- Enter the solution in the Support Solution window.
- Enter a description explaining the issue/question.
- Enter a description explaining the solution or answer.
- Save the solution.
- Connect the solution to one or more possible support issue.
- If suitable, then generate a html file to be presented on the web.
