Support Solution

The Support Solution window enable you to a create a solution from an existing issue or to enter a solution manually.

Use the Support Issue window to initiate from an existing issues or the Support Solution window to enter manually or to edit existing information.

A typical solution flow is as follows:

1. A solution is on hand.
2. Enter the solution in the Support Solution window.
3. Enter a description explaining the issue/question.
4. Enter a description explaining the solution or answer.
5. Save the solution.
6. Connect the solution to one or more possible support issue.
7. If suitable, then generate a html file to be presented on the web.
