Send e-Mail
Explanation
Use this activity to edit and send e-mail.
By default, the e-mail contains the following information:
- To: The send-to address is the assign ID (if the contact name is different from the current user ID) or the contact name.
- Subject: The issue ID and the subject
- Message: The current messages, as shown in the Issue History field.
Prerequisites
Your e-mail program must be open.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, an e-mail is sent.

Procedure
- Open the Support Issue window and search
for the required support issue.
- Right-click and then click Send Mail.
- On the dialog box that appears, select your send-to address using the
To list.
- Select an address using the Cc list if required.
- Edit the message and click Send.
