Manufacturing Visual Planning

IFS/Manufacturing Visual Planning is a set of pages that supports planning of machine, labor and material availability for manufacturing using graphical representation in order to better understand the information and take necessary action.

Each visual planning page is designed to support specific planning scenarios using a set of charts. The charts are populated from the underlying data which is different for each page and can be populated either by navigating from another page, or by searching directly from the visual planning page.

Visual Shop Orders Planning

This page is based on shop orders and is used to analyze material, machine and labor availability for these shop orders. Actions can be taken to resolve material shortages and overload situations.

This page is based on shop order operations and is used to analyze machine and labor availability. Actions can be taken to resolve overload situations and schedule/sequence shop order operations.

Visual Shop Order Materials Planning

This page is based on shop order material lines and is used to analyze material availability. Actions can be taken to resolve shortages by creating new supply orders and rescheduling supply/demand.

This page is used to analyze availability for a specific inventory part, configuration ID and Project ID. Actions can be taken to reschedule supply/demand and create new supply.

This page is based on work center/labor class capacity/load and is used to analyze machine and labor availability. Actions can be taken to level the load.
