Analyze Machine Load Chart
Explanation
This activity is used to analyze the machine load in relation to the
capacity. Load is represented with bars per day, or week and capacity with a
line.
To populate the chart, click the magnifying glass and search either for
relevant shop orders, or work centers/time period depending on the page used.
When searching for shop orders, chart will show all load for the relevant work
center resources and dates.
The chart can be configured using below settings:
- Group By - Controls how the bar segments should be
divided.
- Color By - Controls the color of the bar segments. Only
available when group by has been set to Operation.
- Load Source - Controls what different types of load
that should be considered.
- Capacity Type - Controls whether the capacity line should
consider the work center utilization or not.
- Load Dates - Controls whether load should be shown only
for the dates on
which the searched data have load, or all dates within the searched data
interval.
- Aggregate By - Controls whether the X-axis should show
load and capacity per day, or per week.
- Show Only Load Dates - Controls whether the X-axis
should show only dates with visible load, or include also dates without visible
load. Note that if Date Selection has been set to
Dates, load may exists on dates even if the load is not visible in
the chart as it appears on a date where the search result
have no load.
When grouping / coloring by load sources, the below classification is used:

on the selected work center resource(s), work center(s), department(s) or
production line(s). I.e. Load and capacity will only be shown for the
selected items.
This activity can be performed from IFS Aurena client only.
Prerequisites
