Handle Shortages

Explanation

Use this function to distribute newly arrived parts between the different orders that have shortages for these parts or to manually clear unnecessary inventory part shortage records. A shortage occurs when the quantity on hand is not enough to meet the quantity required for a reservation. When an arrival entry is made for a part in short supply, a message is displayed indicating that there is a need for that part.
