Use this assistant to create new case task/s for a case. You can select the Case ID of the case which you want to create the work task/s and if Add Task From Task Template is not selected enter the details for task information and queue information and click Finish to create the task. You can also include files as attachments.
If Add Task From Task Template is selected, you can choose a task template and create task/s from the template tasks.
Task ID and the the connected Case ID will be shown, if the case task creation is successful.You can view case task details through Case Task page by clicking on Task Details. You can also re-create a new case task or visit the call center lobby clicking New Task and Home.
