Use this tab to view contact notes and e-mails which
have been documented against a case or any of its case tasks, and information such as
by whom, and when.
Contact notes can be entered for a case when it is dispatched, rejected,
accepted or completed. Also, contact notes can be entered
when an e-mail message is sent from the case. You can also re-send an e-mail
message previously sent from the case or one of its case tasks using this tab. In the
process of doing this, you may add further text to the e-mail.
