Enter Coordinator

Explanation

Use this activity to connect a coordinator to a work task. The coordinator is the person who is responsible for the customer order. This activity is only used in the Service Management solution. 

Prerequisites

Before a coordinator is connected to the work order, the following must have been completed:

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the status using the Work Task window.

  1. Query the relevant work task.(F3)
  2.  Click the Customer tab
  3. In the Coordinator field, use List of Values to select a suitable coordinator.
  4. Save the information.

Use the following procedure to change the status using the Work Task tab in the Prepare Work Order or the Work Order Structure window

  1. Query the work order and select the relevant work task.(F3)
  2. In the Coordinator field, use List of Values to select a suitable coordinator.
  3. Save the information

Note: It is also possible to enter this information in the Work Tasks window.
