Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected task card. The following table describes the actions for which a corresponding journal entry will be generated in the task card journal:
| Journal Category | Description |
| Activated | The task card is activated. |
| Task Card modified | The location, execution phase, duration, and function number of the active task card is updated. |
| Resources modified | A resource is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Material List modified | Material is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Zones and Access Panels modified | A zone and/or access panel is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Sign Off Requirements modified | A sign off requirement is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Criticality modified | A criticality is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Condition Measurements modified | A condition limit is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Connected Subtasks modified | A subtask is added or removed from the active task card. |
| Mx Event Code Connections modified | The active task card is added or removed from a maintenance event code (for all event types - interval maintenance, condition limits, modifications, faults, life limits, and post maintenance checks). |
| Set to Obsolete | The task card is set to obsolete. |
