View Task Card Journal
Explanation
This activity is used to view journal entries for a task card. A journal
entry is generated automatically when the following actions are performed on a
task card:
- The task card is activated.
- The location, execution phase, duration, and function number are
changed on an active task card.
- Resources, material, zones and access panels, sign off
requirements, criticality, condition measurements, and subtasks are
added or removed from an active task card.
- The active task card is added or removed from a maintenance event code,
for
all event types.
- The task card is set to obsolete.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, journal entries must have been generated for the
task card.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the changes made on a task card can be
tracked.

- Open the Task Card window and search
for the relevant task card.
- Click the Journal tab and observe the journal entries
that are generated for the
task card.
