Copy Freight Price List
Explanation
This activity is used to copy an existing freight price list
or a direct delivery freight price list to create a new freight price list.
Prerequisites
A price list should exist for copying.
System Effects
This activity has the following system effects:
- The existing price list will be copied to a new
price list and displayed in the Freight Price List or
Direct Delivery Freight Price List Window.
- The values in the Charges tab will
be copied to the newly created price list. However, if a valid from-date
is given, only the lines having the same valid from-date will be
copied to the new price list.
- The values in the Valid for Sites
tab and the Zone Info tab will also be copied to the newly created price list.

Procedure
- Open the Freight Price List or the
Direct Delivery Freight Price List window and query for the required
price list.
- Right-click on the header and then click Copy
Price List and the Copy Freight Price List dialog
box will appear.
- Specify a valid from-date to indicate which charge
lines should be copied.
- Enter an appropriate price list number and a
description for the new price list.
- Specify a valid from-date and that date will be
the valid from-date for all the copied lines.
- Click OK.
