Support Issue Items
Usage
Use this window to view and maintain
a support issue with all its support issue items. From this window, you can
change only the Show Messages and Hide External check boxes, or an existing item message. You cannot edit
other fields or create a new record.
The window contains five different information sections:
- Contact Reference: Contains information about the issue and contact.
- Business Reference: Contains information about a possible business connection and
IDs.
- Issue Assignment: Contains information about the assignment and
categories.
- Issue Items: Contains information about each support issue item.
