Use this window to enter resource requirements for master scheduled parts or product family parts. This information is used later, when you run Resource Requirements Planning (RRP). Typical resources are machine capacity, storage space, personnel and transport capacity. The resource requirements you enter are processed by RRP with the master schedule or with the output of sales and operations plan. The workload calculated provides information about how successfully production will be able to meet the manufacturing plan. You define resources and their capacities in the work center register.
