Use this window to manually spread and verify it per year. The load hours per year have to be manually entered into the table and the result is immediately shown in the graph.
The graph shows the consumption of a resource row between its start and end dates. If the resource forecast starts or ends in the middle of a year, only the part of the year within the period is shown.
The information displayed is the resource usage spread across all the years available according to the calendar for the resource group. You can scroll through the entire period and view the resource allocation changes. This is useful to identify over allocated resources as you add resource connections to your project.
The bar shown for each year is the usage allocated for the year on the X-axis based on the selected resource row.
The normal capacity limit defined for each year for the resource group is displayed as a line in the graph. This shows you how your planned resource usage relates to available resources.
