Usage

Use this window to create and manage person groups. The purpose of groups is to allow authorized personnel to access data of group members. It is particularly important when employees/persons become inaccessible through the standard organization based access. This is also the only way in which access can be given to a person who has no assignments.

This window works similar to the Employee Group window, except here you can grant access to persons who do not have any employment in the application. What is more, when you give access to a person who has several employments, all of their employments become accessible.
