Enter Produced Event
Explanation
Use this activity to register a produced event. A produced event contains
information on the product that is produced by your production unit, its
quality, the produced quantity as well as the period of time the production is valid.
Prerequisites
- The product must have been connected to a
production unit in the Connect Production Units and Products
window (setup OEE).
- In order to retrieve relevant information for the
produced event, values for maximum production rate and goal production rate
must have been entered in the Define Goals/Production Rate Goals
tab (setup OEE).
System Effects
- A produced event with a unique ID is
registered and available for use (e.g., for analysis) in IFS/OEE.
- The produced event record will be available
in the Production Unit and Production Unit Overview
windows.
- The produced event can be used for calculating
the performance (the P figure) and quality of production (the Q figure) during an APQ analysis.
