Use this window to view action proposals from MRP. By using the filter it is possible to filter the message that should be populated. Action proposals cover both purchase and shop orders. You can generate a proposal for a new due date for the order that better suits the demand. You can also study MRP messages for help with processing the order. This window consists of two tabs, one for purchased parts and one for manufactured parts. Below that is a sub-tab that shows the inventory part availability planning for the selected part. It is possible to perform activities for the order directly from this window by right-clicking. When an action proposal for a supply/demand is selected in the top table, the specific supply/demand with the same order references will be selected in the lower table so that the user can find the record easily and open the specific supply/demand via the Supply/Demand Details option. This functionality is supported for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, customer orders, distribution orders, shop orders, work orders, material requisitions, production schedules and transport tasks. If all filter fields are empty, then clicking Refresh will populate the window. Clicking on a tab and querying for data will retrieve data only to that particular tab.
