Use this tab window to group documents and reports to be used in the documentation text function, and to connect documents to output types.
Output type is a collective term for the documents it comprises. An example for an output type is Purchase, which includes a number of documents associated with the purchasing function. Other examples are external documents of which the documents Customer Order Confirmation, Delivery Note for Customer Order, and Customer Order Invoice are comprised. You can combine predefined documents with different output types.
