Use this window to view information about a stand alone work order or a work order in a work order structure.
This window contains three tabs. The Show Status tab indicates whether any of the work tasks for this work order/ work order structure are Incomplete, Unscheduled, Resources Assigned, Scheduled, Firm Planned, Work Started, Need Rescheduling and/or Tardy. The Show Contents tab contains detailed information about the work order/work order structure. The Show Relations tab contains information about relations to the work order/work order structure. For the description of each view in the window, follow the appropriate link: Show Status, Show Contents, Show Relations.

Work Order/ Work Order structure:
In stand alone work order, this contains the collection of work task of the work order. Drag the work order-object into the Gantt Chart list and expand it. The Gantt chart now shows the scheduling of the work tasks related to this work order.
The work order structure contains the collection of work tasks of the work order and its child work orders. Drag the work order structure-object into the Gantt Chart list and expand it. The Gantt chart now shows the scheduling of the work tasks related to the work order and its child work orders within the structure.
Scheduling Status: All statuses of all work tasks related to this work order. If this is a parent work order in a work order structure, then it is the combined status of the tasks/operations related to this work order as well as its child work orders. The colors represent the possible statuses, either Incomplete, Unscheduled, Resources Assigned, Scheduled, Firm Planned, Work Started, Need Rescheduling and/or Tardy. A button to the left of a status indicates that one or more work task related to stand alone work order or work order structure has that status. Double-click the button to see the list of work task for each status.
Work Order Status: The status of the work order.
Planned Start Date: The first date on which work tasks related to this work order are scheduled to start. If this is a parent work order of a work order structure, then the planned start date is the first planned start date of the work tasks related to this work order or its child work orders
Planned Finish Date: The last date on which work tasks related to this work order are scheduled to finish. If this is a parent work order of a work order structure, then the planned finish date is the last planned finish date of the work tasks related to this work order or its child work orders
Earliest/ Fixed Start Date: The date and time the work order is to be started i.e. the first date at which the work order can start. The dates are defined on the work order in the data base. If the fixed start date is not available, then the earliest start date is the date that is considered. For work order structures, dates which are defined in the top most parent work order is inherited by the child work orders inside MPB.
Latest Finish Date: The date by which this work order should be completed. The dates are defined on the work order in the data base. For work order structures, dates which are defined in top most parent work order ire inherited by the child work orders inside MPB.
Site: The identity of the site where the work order belongs.
Maint. Org: The identity of the maintenance organization of the work order.
Object Structure: The identity of the object to which the work order is connected.
Object Description: The description for the object displayed in the Object structure field.
Contractor: The identity of the contractor or supplier of external labor for performing the work.
Contractor Description: The name of the contractor.
Work Leader: The work type that is connected to the work order.
Directive: The directive of the work order.
Priority: The degree of priority assigned to the work order. In work order structures the value is inherited from the top parent work order.
Late Start Date: The latest time that this work order can be started and still be completed by the work order's latest finish date. Schedule Inside One Maint. Window: If this check box is selected, all the operations of the work order is scheduled in one continues period, where the Object is available for maintenance
Order Start Date: This field is applicable for parent work orders. The first planned start date of work tasks related to this work order is indicated in this field.
Order Finish Date: This field is applicable for parent work orders and last planned finish date of work tasks related to the work order itself is indicated in this field.
Preceding Activities: This field is applicable only for work order structures . If the work order is connected to a structure and if there are proceeding work orders, they are visible in this field
Succeeding Activities: This field is applicable only for work order structures. If the work order is connected to a structure and if there are succeeding work orders, they are visible in this field
Related Project Activities: A list of project activities connected to the work order. Project connection for work order structure is not considered in maintenance planning board and they are not visible for work orders in a work order structure.
