Search Options
Explanation
These Search options are used to find or filter one or more work order, PM
action occurrences, resource or any other object/item based on the selected
options. There are three search options:
- Search Tree
- Search Work Orders
- Search PMs
Prerequisites
- Maintenance Planning Board should be launched.
System Effects
- Search Tree : Perform a text search and a list of object will be shown with
matching results.
- Search Work Orders : Filtered set of work orders will be received
in a popup dialog, based on the filter criteria specified in the filter
dialog.
- Search PMs: Filtered set of PM action occurrences will be received
in a popup dialog, based on the filter criteria specified in the filter
dialog.
Note : Search will be done only for objects/items under the selected parent.

Procedure
Search Tree:
- Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window
or Show dialogs.
- Click Search Tree.
- A dialog box will be shown.
- Enter Text in the Name to Search for field for what to search for.
Search Work Orders:
- Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window
or Show dialogs.
- Click Search Work Orders.
- A filter dialog box will be shown.
- Enter filter criteria and click OK.
Search PMs:
- Right-click on the Navigator Items/Objects or Items/Objects in Gantt window
or Show dialogs.
- Click Search PMs.
- A filter dialog box will be shown.
- Enter filter criteria and click OK.
