Use this tab to define SQL-WHERE statements to be used as a criteria to be met by work orders or PM action occurrences to be loaded into Maintenance Planning Board. It allows you to freely specify SQL statements to filter out a specific data set of work orders or/and PM action occurrences, and behaves much alike the advanced SQL-search within IFS Enterprise Explorer. Within this tab there are two separate fields, one field used for writing the SQL-statement for filtering certain work orders and another field used for writing the SQL-statement to filter out certain PM action occurrences. It is only the WHERE-clause of the SQL-statement that is used in this field. Example; to select all work orders on site 70 that are in status assigned the following must be written in the field for SQL WHERE for Work Orders: CONTRACT = '70' and STATE = 'Assigned'

Load Work Order and/or PM Actions
This tab contains:
SQL WHERE for Work Orders: If this check box is checked the field for writing SQL WHERE statements to filter out a selection of work orders is made available. In this field you can write where-clauses related to work order data to make a certain selection of work orders to load into MPB. The selection made in this field is combined with the selections made in the other three tabs in the load window to give the resulting data set that then is loaded into MPB.
SQL WHERE for Preventive Maintenance Plans: If this check box is checked the field for writing SQL WHERE statements to filter out a selection
of PM action occurrences is made available.
In this field you can write where-clauses related to preventive maintenance data to make a certain selection of
PM action occurrences to load into MPB.
The selection made in this field is combined with the selections made in the other three tabs in the load window to give the
resulting data set that then is loaded into MPB.
