Usage

Use this tab to define the main criteria to be met by work orders/PM action occurrences when they are selected to be loaded to the Maintenance Planning Board. It allows you to specify the planned and requested date range, work order status, maintenance organizations, priority, equipment object and also project connection by which you want to filter out work orders/PM action occurrences. In the Main tab the criteria entered will be used, together with criteria entered in the next three tabs, for immediate loading of work orders/PM action occurrences as well as basic data into MPB.

This tab contains:

Planned Start Date: Click this option to be able to set the From- and To Date of which the Planned Start Date of work orders and PM action occurrences should be in the range of to be loaded into MPB. The work orders and PM action occurrences which then have a Planned Start Date within this range is then loaded into MPB (Taking into consideration that all other selection criterias in the Load-window are also met for this particular work orders /PM). By double-clicking in the From and To-fields the user is able to select the dates from a calendar.

Planned Finish Date: Click this option to be able set the From- and To Date which the Planned Finish Date of work orders and PM action occurrences should be in the range of to be loaded into MPB. The work orders and PM action occurrences which then have a Planned Finish Date within this range is then loaded into MPB. By double-clicking in the From and To-fields the user is able to select the dates from a calendar.

Earliest Start: Click this option to be able to set the From- and To Date which the Earliest Start Date of work orders and PM action occurrences should be in the range of to be loaded into MPB. By double-clicking in the From and To-fields the user is able to select the dates from a calendar.

Latest Finish: Click this option to be able set the From- and To Date which the Latest Finish Date of work orders and PM action occurrences should be in the range of to be loaded into MPB. By double-clicking in the From and To-fields the user is able to select the dates from a calendar.

Work Order Status: The work order status option is a selection to be used for loading work orders of certain statuses into MPB. When the option is selected the List of Value-button to the right of the field gets activated. By clicking the button a List will be presented to the user with available work order statuses to choose from. This option allows multiple values to be entered. This is not applicable for PM action occurrences.

Maintenance Organization: The maintenance organization option lists the maintenance organizations connected to the MPB-loaded site that has connected work orders/PM. By choosing a maintenance organization in this field only the work orders/PM action occurrences connected to that organization is loaded into MPB. This option allows multiple values to be entered.

Priority: If this check box is selected, you can choose work orders/PM action occurrences to be loaded into MPB that have certain priority/priorities. This option allows multiple values to be entered.

Object Group: If this check box is selected the work orders/PM action occurrences that are planned on an object within a selected object group are included in the MPB load. This option allows multiple values to be entered.

Object Node: If this check box is selected the opportunity to choose a certain object node is available. When choosing a node all the work orders/PM action occurrences that are planned on that node object are included in the MPB load. Additionally all work orders/PM action occurrences that are planned on child-objects of the selected object node are also  loaded to MPB. This option allows multiple values to be entered.

Project Connected WOs: If this check box is selected, you can enter one or more project IDs by which to filter work orders. By choosing one or many projects within this field the work orders that are connected to those projects are included in MPB load. If uncheck. all project connected as well as non-project connected will be loaded (according to the given selection criteria). Here It will not load other WO connected to this project even the project activities contains relationship. Further the project connection is neglected for work order structures. This is not applicable for PM action occurrences.
