Move with Transport Task/Move All Reservations

Explanation

This activity is used to move customer order, project deliverable, material requisition, shop order, work order or DOP order reservations using transport task.

Prerequisites

At least one customer order, project deliverable, material requisition, shop order, work order or DOP order reservation must exist.

The Move Reserved control in Site/Extended Site Info/Inventory tab should be set to Not Pick Listed, Not on Printed Pick List or Allowed.

System Effects

A transport task will be created to move the order reservation.

Procedure

From the Inventory Part in Stock Reservations window:

1. Select one or several reservations.
2. Right-click, and then click Move with Transport Task.
3. Enter a location number or select one by using the List of Values.
4. Click OK.

to move the full quantity of the top level handling unit

1. Select one or several reservations
2. Right-click, and then click Show Top Level Handling Unit to navigate to Handling Units in Stock window
3. Right-click, and then click Move with Transport Task
4. Enter a location number or select one by using the List of Values.
5. Click OK.

From the Prepare Work Order/Materials tab or the Report in Work Order/Materials tab:

1. Right-click on the material header, and then click Move All Reservations.
2. Enter a location number or select one by using the List of Values.
3. Click OK.

From the Maintenance Material Requisition window:

1. Right-click on the header, and then click Move All Reservations.
2. Enter a location number or select one by using the List of Values.
3. Click OK.
