Print FA Object Report

Explanation

Use this activity to print and analyze objects in Fixed Assets Ledger. The selection criteria for the report is based on either FA Year or Accounting Year which is further based on period.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is printed either on screen or on paper.

Procedure

  1. Open Object Report dialog box.
  2. Select the Accounting Year or FA Year option.
  3. Enter the accounting year or FA year and the accounting period or FA period in the Year and Period fields.
  4. Select the Object Group or Object option.
  5. If you have selected the Object Group option, then select the Book ID from the List of Values for the Book ID field and select the Object Group ID from the List of Values.
  6. If you have selected the Object option, then select the Book ID from the List of Values for the Book ID field and select the Object ID from the List of Values.
  7. Select Normal, Leased, Rented, Not Depreciable, Expensed or Planned check box(s) as the Object Type.
  8. Select Active, Investment, Import, Registered, Scrapped, Sold or Replaced check box(s) as the Object Status.
  9. Select Exclude if you want to exclude objects that have no books or select Include if you want to include objects connected to the selected book and objects that have no books connected. Else select Only if you want to only include objects with no books connected.
  10. Click OK.
