Use this dialog box to print a report intended primarily to support analyses of the fixed assets ledger. This report does not consider whether fixed assets object transactions really have been posted up to the specified period. This means that you may have initiated and/or authorized depreciation proposals in IFS/Fixed Assets that have not been updated to the general ledger. The selections can be one or more objects or object groups. Other selection criteria include fixed assets year and period (referring to the depreciation calendar), book, and object status.
If the report is ordered for a year and period in which a currently sold object was not yet sold, the status in the report nevertheless will be Sold. The same is true for the Scrapped and Replaced statuses. However, you can determine when the status was changed to Sold, Scrapped, or Replaced using the disposal date listed in the report. Besides the status, the report shows the acquisition date, acquisition value, and net value for the object ID.
