Use this dialog box to print a fixed assets transaction reason report for a selected range of object groups for a selected period of time. Fixed assets transaction reason reports are printed to calculate object balances resulting from different transaction reasons. You can print a report that includes only acquisition reasons, only disposal reasons or both acquisition reasons and disposal reasons. The report can be a detailed report with the balances of the individual objects under each transaction report, or it may contain only balances resulting from each transaction reason. It is also possible print only the balances resulting from a different transaction reason types (e.g. balances resulting due to acquisition reasons) instead of printing balances resulting from each transaction reason.
