This window is dedicated for the Data Protection Officer who is responsible for personal data protection in a company. It allows to display and analyze all data subjects affected by personal data management system, regardless of the officer's access rights. It is to ensure that he or she will have full insight into all personal data under their protection.
One of the most important functions of the window is to inform if data processing purposes have been updated for all relevant data subjects (meaning that Purpose Information Updated check box should be selected).
If the Valid Data Processing Purpose is selected, it means that there is at least one valid purpose allowing to store personal data of a given person. If cleared, no personal data that could identify a person should be stored.
