Mark Actions as Completed or Invalid
Explanation
Use this activity to mark actions that you have already completed for an
employee whose employment was terminated. If an action cannot be completed or
does not apply, mark it as invalid.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a list of actions that have to be
completed in regards to employment termination has to be generated by the
Terminate Employment assistant.
System Effects
If all actions on the checklist are marked as either completed or invalid,
the checklist will automatically change its status to Complete.

Procedure
To manage actions from Termination Logs window:
- Open the Terminate Employment Logs window.
- Search or populate to find the termination process which generated a
checklist.
- Right-click the termination process and click Details... The
Terminate Employee Activity Log window will open.
- In the window, go to the Process Checklist tab and find
the action that has been already completed. Right-click the action and click
Complete.
If the action could not be completed or is no longer valid, right-click the
action and click Invalidate.
To manage actions from Termination Process Actions
window:
- Open the Termination Process Actions window.
- Search or populate to find one or many termination processes for which
you want to view actions.
- Right-click the action and click Complete.
If the action could not be completed or is no longer valid, right-click the
action and click Invalidate.
