Procedure

  1. Open the Maintenance Event Summary window and query (F3) for your work order.
  2. Click the LLPs tab.
  3. In the Operational Parameter list, select All Values and then click Evaluate.
The table in the tab will be populated with information on all LLPs included in the selected structure. This information includes the calculated remaining life, drop dead date, and less than minimum release life for all operational parameters displayed in the current view.
  4. Observe the given information.
  5. Next, select a specific operational parameter from the values available in the Operational Parameter list. One of the following occurrences may take place. Choose the option that best suits your requirements:
Note: When you click Evaluate, the system performs an evaluation of all LLPs in the given structure. If you have specified a minimum release life value, the system only evaluates the LLPs that have the selected operational parameter. However, if a value is specified in the Minimum Remaining Days field instead, the system will evaluate the LLPs for all available operational parameters.
  1. Observe the given information.
  2. Next, select the Include in Work Scope? check box for the LLP events you want included in the work scope.
  3. Save the information (F12).
  4. Repeat steps 5 to 8 for each operational parameter available in the Operational Parameter list.

The following procedure can be used to make sure that all required LLPs have been included in the work scope. Note: It is recommended that you perform these steps.
