This activity is used to save and/or email the resulting Excel report without
attaching Business Reporter
functionality.
The Excel report without Business Reporter functionality is
exported in order to distribute it to users who do not have IFS Business
Reproter installed.
Such users may also modify the data in Excel reports which can be later imported
back to the Business Reproter report and then written back to the IFS Applications.
While Excel report is exported you can also save the executed report with Business Reporter functionality in the Business Reporter export archive and/or in the local disk. The saved Business Reporter reports can be used for later import of external data or for later reference.
