Use this tab to view the detailed information on the changes that have been made to the contract revision line items. If the audit trail is enabled and an item is modified, the changed values are logged in Change History. Only the columns that have been changed will have values, all the other columns will be empty.
When a new revision is created, a history logging will not be created for the creation of the new revision. History logging will be done only when you make any additions, modifications, or deletions and the prerequisites for logging the changes are fulfilled.
