Usage

Use this tab to enter and view information on support organizations existing in IFS/Call Center. A support organization is a geographical or organizational site of call center. When a new case is created, it is assigned to a particular support organization.  A specific support organization is made the default for the system, and all new cases that are created get assigned to this default support organization, unless another one is defined. However, if a support organization is specified in the support agreement, it will be used as the default for all cases relating to the particular customer.
